Service Terms

All repairs are carried out only after a diagnosis is shared with the customer and the price is agreed. Estimates may change if additional faults are discovered once the device is opened, and we will inform you before proceeding further.

Parts & Warranty

Replacement parts are quality-checked before fitting. Any warranty on parts or labour will be communicated at the time of service and is separate from the original manufacturer's warranty.

Data

We recommend backing up your data before any repair. While we take care during all repairs, we are not responsible for data loss that occurs as a result of pre-existing hardware faults.
